Tuvalu
I honestly never expected to watch an entire 18 minute YouTube video, but I jumped in at three minutes and watched this YouTuber's vacation travelogue of Tuvalu. It's a gorgeous place with friendly people, and I couldn't stop watching. He runs into a subscriber at about 12 minutes. See, he searched for the world's least visited country, and went there. Since the island is not used to tourists, the residents took him in like he was a new resident. If you've got the time, this would make a really pleasant break for you.

True Facts: Stinkhorns
Ze Frank's True Facts series normally focuses on animals, but this time he takes a left turn to a fungus, specifically the stinkhorn mushroom. Why? Because footage of stinkhorns and mushrooms in general give him the opportunity for unlimited double entendres and horrifying grossness at the same time. While this video is technically safe for work, adults will understand his non-stop raunchy allusions. (via Laughing Squid)

What's for Dinner?
Three years later, this remix of a snippet from Shirley Caesar is still delightful, and can still make you hungry. If you are curious about the original, here it is.

Zero Gravity Pit Stop
The Red Bull Formula 1 pit crew set a world record for the fastest pit stop three times this year, the last time at 1.82 seconds. When you've made it to this elite team, there's no limit to what you might be in for. In September, the crew was sent up in a Russian vomit comet to attempt a zero-gravity tire change. You can see a behind-the-scenes documentary about this marketing stunt here. https://www.redbull.com/int-en/videos/zero-gravity-pitstop-bts (via reddit)
A Word Men Have Never Heard
Language and its usage are quirky things, and we rarely notice what we are already used to, but standup comics rely on observing those things the rest of us miss. James Acaster has a story that illustrates one of these quirks. The laughter comes when you realize how absolutely right he is. Also when he says, "You don't need to know why."

Drunk History on Harriet Tubman
Harriet Tubman is the subject of the new movie Harriet, which is partially fictionalized. Meanwhile, the only fictional part of Drunk History is the drunk part. Wait, no, the narrator is honestly drunk, which lends a certain looseness to the story, but it's a true story. I love Drunk History. In this segment, Harriet Tubman is played by Octavia Spencer, a wonderful choice. Keep in mind that this is only one small chapter in Tubman's long life of fearless action.
