Yes, that old timey Christmas article sent me right down Boomer Nostalgia Lane!
Merry Christmas, Miss C! Thank you for another years of entertaining miscellaneous!
Thank you, Mark! And merry Christmas to you, too!
Wait, are you not supposed to put out nuts with a nut cracker any more?
You can't have Christmas without hard candy. Especially the fruit filled ones.
Some of those fragile ornaments are now heirlooms and are still hung on the tree.
In homage to the spinning color wheel, the tree in my front yard is surrounded by by four LED floodlights that cycle white, yellow, green, red, blue. When we get a healthy sticky snow, like last night, it's absolutely beautiful. I left all the lights on overnight for the plow drivers. And I'd love to get one of those silver trees again but yikes! Have you seen the prices?
Tinsel. I've always loved tinsel. Until one day one of the cats walked by with a long string of tinsel trailing out of its butt. Sigh. That ended that. .
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays all!
How many times did I hurt myself with the nutcracker and pick? Well, let me count on my remaining fingers. Happy Christmas, Miss Cellania!
Happy Christmas! Yeah, we gave up the tinsel because of the cats, but that was when I was a child. I was always envious of my grandparents' aluminum tree with the color wheel. We always had a cut tree.
Recommend a HUGE screen for the fantastic free food for fauna feature.
