If you find explanations of the Net Neutrality scandal boring, let John Oliver spice it up in terms anyone will understand, and even enjoy, if it weren’t so egregious. My internet bill from Time Warner was $10 higher than usual this month, so I guess that explains why I can’t access an awful lot of my usual websites, and the ones that I can access are so slow that I haven't been able to get to bed until 2AM or later.
