Pepper Vodka
1 750ml Bottle Vodka
1 4 inch red pepper (Habanero works)
8 Peppercorns
2 Allspice Berries
1 inch Stick Cinnamon
2 Tblsp Honey
1 Qt Mason Jar
Trim, score the pepper - add it to the jar
Ground the spices - add them to the jar
Dissolve honey in 1/3 cup vodka - add it to the jar
Add remaining vodka to the jar and cover.
3 Days minimum, then filter back into the vodka bottle
Keeps really well in the freezer.
