1,069 Dancing Robots Set a World Record
WL Intelligent Technology Co, Ltd, in Guangzhou set up 1,069 Dobi robots in 2017 and had them all dance in unison. This set a new world record. Well, they actually set up more robots than that, but the few that fell over while dancing were deducted from the total count. They still looked good. The Dobi robots broke the previous record that was set only a couple of weeks before by another Chinese company. This could eventually bring the robot apocalypse upon us. (via Boing Boing)

Notice that the robot apocalypse is being manufactured in China.
I wonder if their world dominating march will be to the west first, through the smaller Asian countries, then India, then the sandy bits, before overwhelming Europe and the Brits ... or are those 'Made in China' robots waterproof and so will cross the Pacific Ocean (the big wet) and come marching up on the shores of California, Oregon and Washington ... much like that recent Russian earthquake tsunami ?
