It is sorta like when a couple get married and the guy (for instance) goes to university to become qualified in something, while the gal works to earn the money to pay all the bills. Then things change and the marriage breaks up, divorce leaves the woman with bugger all, and yet the guy gets all the sparkle and everyone knows his name. I don't know who Dave Matthews is, nor do I know Tom Morello (isn't that a cherry ?) ... but I recognise Taylor Momsen from The Pretty Reckless, Bruce Springsteen from the East Street Band, Jack Black from Tenacious D. But what about the wives ? What about the band members that enabled the above to become famous ? Could they have done it without the music ? Who gets the kids, the dog, the perhaps explosive battery powered car with the big screen ? Is every divorce amicable ?
