Whenever someone recommends mixing vinegar and baking soda in the same cleaning solution, I assume the author is an idiot. They neutralize each other.
Oven cleaner does a pretty good job but buying a new pan is the best solution.
Cast iron, well-seasoned. Porcelain-coated cast iron for non-stick.
