I'm pleased to know I did everything right - and showed it to the kids - on leaving our motel. Towels were in neat pile, we stripped the bed also. We rinsed all recyclables and put them in a bag. We tied up the trash bags. We gave the desk clerk the jug of milk. We didn't get daily service - our choice - but we left a $5 tip. And, we gave them a glowing rating on booking.com. My mom was a chambermaid, and they work their asses off. Pay it forward, my friends!
