That's not headbanging, it is a traditional dance called "Watsch'n Tanz", roughly translating to Slap Dance. And it is not German, it is Bavarian. Non-Bavarians, which we call Prussians, no matter from which part of Germany they are, don't know and don't do so much awesome.
