Cookie Loaf

Have you ever bought a roll of cookie dough and wondered what would happen if you just baked the whole thing at once? Casual Cooking tried it out so you don't have to. The YouTube page specified that this dough is safe to eat raw. The takeaway if that you need to cook it for much longer than sliced cookies. But if you are told to limit yoursself only one cookie, this is the way to do it.

  1. Interesting. The Cinnamon Rolls link at the end however- I'm going to have to try that one.

  2. When my mother used to bake cakes, a million and a half years ago, we kids would get to lick the bowl (feel free to insert toilet humour jokes here).
All those raw eggs, mixed in with flour and sugar and milk, never killed me ... well, not yet anyway ... but I have seen so many warnings on packets 'Contains raw eggs, do not eat' or words to that effect, that I thought it was de rigueur to eat raw eggs these days.
    Schwarzenegger types excluded, obviously.

Can't believe I spelt his name correctly without looking it up first.

    Arnold.
