This is what Joe Walsh was doing 54 years ago. This brings back so many memories. The James Gang was notorious for their ever-changing lineup from 1966 up through the 21st century. They had some big hits right before Walsh left in 1972.
Got "Yer Album" as one of my freebies for when I joined the Record Club of America. Been a James Gang / Walsh fan ever since. Saw him in Beaumont TX in the mid 80s.

ReplyDeleteI saw them a couple of times in Knoxville. But the real memories are of a local band who played their songs. I (much later) married their bass player.
