There is no context for this, but it seems some woman is about to snatch the sign from that chil's hands. She should be ashamed of herself! Everyone has a right to their opinion.
Maybe it's her kid and doesn't want her holding the sign over her head for fear of poking someones eye out on the way down. Or they may have started with no sign and the kid stole it. There's a million possible explanations, of possible scripts to go with that picture. xoxoxoBruce
