ReplyDeleteInteresting cheese article. I eat close to a pound of Land O'Lakes White a week and I didn't think it was processed. But those individually wrapped slices? They're nasty unedible. Pasteurized Process Cheese Food. That makes sense.

American cheese is the perfect condiment for almost everything, it compliments rather than overpowering. It will make even New England boiled to death veggies palatable.
