I tried to make an appointment for vaccinations using the CVS pharmacy website. I gave up after multiple tries. I rely on my gen Z daughters for tech support. I have had so many conversations about this. The use of smartphones for ticketing takes twice as long at every step of the process, including when you get to the venue for the event and everybody is taking forever to enter because they have to find their stupid tickets on their phones.
