A government that needs to open fire on an out-of-control unarmed mob (call them insurrectionists if you wish), to protect the government might just be a government not worthy of protection. People were in danger that day, imo our government was not.
The government did fire on a member of the mob. Michael Byrd shot and killed Ashli Babbit. An investigation found the shooting to be justified.
If THIS is what causes you to never visit this site again, then you've obviously never been here before. Looks like Anonymous got triggered, and brought a bunch of anonymous friends.
Yes, I'm anonymous too but let me say the other anonymouses are clearly here just to cause trouble. Right wing trolling like this is meant to sow doubt and instill fear and is unfortunately effective and difficult to curtail.
And these were the same people calling this the work of antifa until the obvious evidence gave them no choice but to accept that it was their own party. But instead of reflecting on the seriousness of what happened, they changed the narrative to the they were just tourists, they did nothing wrong garbage.
I think the "just sightseers" comment was meant as sarcasm, but I could be wrong.
None of the Anon here have sown doubt nor instilled fear in me. None of the Anons here have asserted that no "wrongs" were committed. What trouble has been caused here?
Seems to me that the so-called chaos of the last few days in electing a SoTH is an open demonstration that democracy is alive and well in our country.
"An insurrection by any other name is still an insurrection."
I am fine with that and totally agree. When do the authorities seek out the people who attacked and even occupied police and other government buildings back in 2020?
If you attack government authority, you are an insurrectionist. Shouldn't matter why you were attacking the government.
You know you have hit the big time when your comment section section brings out the insurrection deniers with their standard repertoire of falsities about Jan6. As far as calling them sightseers it's probably because a certain Republican (Andrew Clyde, Ga) called it a 'normal tourist visit' even though there are pictures showing him barricading the door out of fear of these tourists. Never forget is right.
The Capitol Police were armed. Why did they not fire on the attackers to protect the government?
ReplyDeleteThe riot that was never an insurrection.
ReplyDeleteNo capitol police died during the riot. Some people died of natural causes (heart attack or whatever) and one vet was shot by a cop.
If it was an insurrection, why was none of the people involved armed?
If it was an insurrection, why have those that have been convicted have been convicted of "illegal parading"?
If the J6 Committee was legit, why was their no defense allowed?

ReplyDeleteThanks for the link!
Anony mouses usually appear in bunches, much to the delight of the cat.

ReplyDeleteOn the positive side, Damar Hamlin is alive and improving by the hour.
ReplyDelete1/6 insurrection movie, except the traitors are cats and the entire legislative branch is guinea pigs.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous-"But what about...." Same old come back. Never taking responsibility.
