Even better would have been to have it labeled as 'General Tso's Chicken'.
And before anyone takes me to task for a 'racist stereotype', please remember that in many parts of the world (not just China and the Far East), things that we here in America would consider abhorrent if we were to find it on our dinner plates are considered normal and perfectly acceptable food sources in their cultures.
