Retail Karen

I'm sure this happens now more than it ever has, but it happened when I was working retail, too, both in the '80s and just a couple of years ago. There are always a few people who just love to throw their weight around, and even sometimes let you know how they are better than you, because you are "serving" them. Everyone should have to work retail and/or food service for at least of year of their lives. This comic is from Stephen at stbeals. (via reddit)

  2. I was a supermarket manager for almost 20 years. For every member of staff I had to speak to regarding a customer complaint, nine out of then went pretty much like this.
