The Link Between Michelin Tires and Michelin Stars

In case you didn't know, the same company that makes Michelin tires is the company that rates restaurants with Michelin stars. How this came about is a rather interesting story. Adam Ragusea explains the history of the French company, which was once so all-encompassing that it had its hand in everything to do with travel.
