This young woman is totally creeped out, and I can understand why. Finding a list of people's names, home addresses, and phone numbers spells out privacy violations and maybe even identity theft. This is the kind of list social media platforms sell to middlemen who resell it to advertisers, telemarketers, and scam artists. Why would her grandfather have something like that around the house? Is he involved in something nefarious? You and I, however, will probably relate more to Grandpa.
ROFL !!
ReplyDeleteThis has to be a set up. Nobody could be that stupid. But on second thoughts, today's snowflakes...
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's a skit from The Onion.
ReplyDeleteDoes anybody else detest that computer generated voice ?
ReplyDeleteAhhh ... the inadvertent comedy of youth.
ReplyDeleteLike seeing a kid pick up an LP record and try to figure out what it is. I tell them it plays music and they hold it to their ear. LOL.
Or watching a Millennial try to dial a rotary phone by pushing the numbers. I've even seen a few who couldn't read an analog clock face. Ya'know, Mickey's big hand and little hands.
