Lumber was up 300% in the last two years and yet those rapacious builders had the audacity to raise prices! Why couldn't they simply lose money on every house, but make it up with volume?
Lots of people in my neck of the woods selling a used car for 25% - 33% higher (or more) than it would have sold for a couple of years ago. Yep, capitalism at its worst.
