Well were any lizzards sighted? Seeing as it was a warning that would imply sightings. If it was a lizzard watch then there is a chance of actual lizzards. This is an ongoing argument with my better 2/3rds that we've been having for the last 30 plus years. In my FORTY year career of careening over hill and dale, piloting a tractor trailer, she would often call and say there is a tornado watch, or a winter storm watch. I would thank her and continue feeling my along the highway not even seeing the hood ornament. I finally gave up trying to correct her given that trying to reason with a blonde wife has only resulted in time lost that I'll never get back. She believes that a watch is worse because you can "watch" the tornado, or the blizzard. I now return the thread to its rightful owner. Thread hijack warning cancelled
We have lizards in Florida. We are currently being overrun with invasive iguana populations. This time of year, if we have a good cold front come through, they freeze up and fall out of the trees. So we even have lizard warnings here.
Florida?
ReplyDeleteI don't know, do they have lizards in Florida ?
ReplyDeleteThen, just around the corner, you crash into Godzilla....
