The one non-dark thing Warner Herzog did: the producers of the Mandelorian couldn't decide on whether baby Yoda should be an puppet or computer graphics (CGI). After doing filming with the puppet version and Warner, they worked on plans for the CGI version. Warner Herzog, who realized how well the puppet version was working, lost his temper and called them a bunch of cowards for trying to hedge their bets.
