    They are both voice dopplegangers of Jim Henson.
    Kermit is a year older than I am.

    There have been three official voices for Kermit: Jim Henson 1955-1990; Steve Whitmire 1990-2016; and Matt Vogel 2017-present.
    MacFarlane has done numerous impressions of Kermit on TV.
