Some people really hate to peel garlic, and look for an easier way. Weird "hacks" tend to go viral, despite the fact that whoever made them look easy is someone who's been doing it that way for years. I never really minded peeling garlic, but when I discovered garlic in a jar, I never looked back. ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, pre-peeled garlic doesn't keep well once it's opened. Sure is handy though.
ReplyDeleteI use a rubber tube made for the purpose. Quick and easy peeling.
