Christmas Eve from Space



Fifty years ago today, the astronauts of the Apollo 8 mission broadcast a message of peace and goodwill to all men. The three, Jim Lovell, Frank Borman, and Bill Anders were the first humans to ever see the Earth as a distant object, a beautiful blue marble rising above the surface of the moon.
