It's only mysterious because the poster cropped picture above the text where it says DO NOT FREEZE.
Still, since the freezing point of water is 0 degrees Celsius a more universal "do not freeze" label might be the digit 'zero' with a downward-pointing arrow next to it and the internationally recognized slash (meaning 'no') over the top of it.
Where I work we use those stickers every day, except ours are whole. They say DO NOT FREEZE" across the bottom.
