Skeleton Frolics



Skeleton Frolics is a spooky Ub Iwerks cartoon from 1937. Iwerks did the classic Skeleton Dance in 1929 when he was at Disney. This is a sort-of remake for Columbia Pictures, upgraded and in color.

    Couldn't help but notice that while the skeleton orchestra is playing (at around the 2:30 mark), the flute player is constantly 'flipping the bird' to the conductor.  I just wonder how that made it past the censors.
