Zoom to the Moon

You know how crime investigation shows “enhance” a tiny detail of a security video? We all know that’s bunk, but the Nikon P900 with 83x optical zoom can zip into far-off details in real time. How far? To the moon! Of course, no one’s going to spend that kind of money on a slew of security cameras, and even if they did, there would have to be a camera operator in place to focus at the right time.
