At our dance studio many years ago, we had 4 ladies named Eileen, Lileen, Irene, and Aileen. And more years ago than that, my military unit had 4 officers whose last names were Coco, Coe, Moe, and Oh.
I doubt they were related because this is not unique; these students lists were like that all over the US about ten years ago. Today, you are more likely to see a list that has Liam 1, Liam 2, Liam 3, Emma 1, Emma 2, Ava 1, Ava 2...
What about lions' den or bears' den?
