In our day to day we see all kinds of mangling of spelling and grammar, especially on cell phones, yet most manage to understand the message being conveyed. That's pretty amazing when you think about it, we're all code breakers.
Unless I were down to fumes in the gas tank, I'd take my business elsewhere. If they can't write any better than that, they probably can't count to make change properly, either.

It's possible this sign was written by someone whose first language isn't English, and if it was, their English is excellent.
