In this 1963 film, the tiny duchy of Grand Fenwick beats both the USA and the USSR to the moon- by mere minutes. The movie was billed as a sequel to the hilarious 1959 film The Mouse That Roared, but unfortunately it was missing what made the first film work: Peter Sellers.
