It's great to know that corned beef and cabbage is not and Irish dish, I am a part Irish and to boot I was born on Saint Patrick's day. But I hate Corned beef and cabbabge, just can't stand it! thanks for the tips
Alton Brown from FoodTV's Good Eats explained that the Irish immigrants started eating corned beef when they got to America. They learned it from Jewish immigrants.
