Here in overseas countries we do not get candy corn, nor the word distain. We do get candy floss, which has more to do with teeth than you first think. We do get popcorn, which is amaizing ... made from maize so I can misspell with impunity. Guess Americans say maize as mayzeee. Wheird.
Now I understand why this candy is regarded with such distain.
