Goalkeeper Tryouts

As World Cup fever sweeps the globe, you will naturally ponder the question of whether cats would make good goalies. Let's see a tryout session. First up is Maru, who you'd think would be the champ, because he is the Greatest Of All Time. But as such, he is above even paying attention to that stupid ball. He's more interested in boxing. Next up is his little sister Miri. Miri gives it a try, but her reaction time leaves a bit to be desired. It's a good thing she's cute. Last, it's Hana's turn. No one expected much from the middle child, but she blows the other potential goalkeepers out of the water! She's got the speed, the skills, and most importantly, the desire. And she's a star!

But that's not the end of the tryouts. Maru comes back for a second chance, with an adjustment in style. It could be good enough to get him a backup position, if you know what I mean. So to answer the original question, do cats make good goalies? Just like humans, it all depends on the cat. (via Fark)
