It's gotta be because it wasn't listed in the ingredients, assuming that was a requirement. I wouldn't never make a lasagna without some pork and moose is a very lean meat; you've got to add some fat to help out and the answer there is pork. Or ground beef.

ReplyDeleteI would simply re-label them with 'contains pork and sq ... moose'
A bigger worry is that the lasagne was on shelves, not a chiller or freezer. It is a mistake to think Sweden is cold all the time.
