November 1979

My latest article for Considerable is up! It's another historical list. November 1979: 13 things that happened 40 years ago this month. It was a pretty momentous month, and there are things other than the Iran hostage crisis that happened that may have flown under your radar.

This was apparently published four days ago, and I just found out about it from the site's newsletter. But it's not accessible from the main page of Considerable, so it's important to share this one.

It's amazing how many things slip from memory, and even the ones that don't get fuzzy on the details.

Now that's an article - talk about some memories. November
9th is a recurring anniversary on my electronic calendar -
Subject: We're All Going to Die! I was on that call - Threat
Assessment Conference. It would be a long story if I
ever wrote about it. The title would be "Why I Hate Matthew
Broderick".
