Dizzy Dishes

Dizzy Dishes was notable as the first appearance of Betty Boop, in 1930. Yeah, she was an animal, just like all the other characters. In fact, she was a dog! The only way you could tell was the ears. Later, she transformed into a human, with dangling earrings so the change wouldn't be that drastic. Don't be put off by the length of this video, as it shows the cartoon twice.
