Tweet of the Day

I'm not a dad, but this applies to me. I managed to go the whole summer without turning on the air conditioning downstairs. I cannot go all winter without heat, but I'll put it off as long as I can, and my kids are whining. Hey, I let them do as they please upstairs, because both the AC and heat are electric, and they are only home on weekends. Downstairs, turning on the heat means spending an hour in the crawl space lighting the furnace pilot, hanging a heavy curtain over the stairwell opening, then paying exorbitant gas bills the rest of the winter. Put a sweater on! (via Nag on the Lake)

It's the same at work.

I know, because I'm in charge of the 'climate'.

But that's about the AC blasting too hard in the summer. Who wants to pay for that?
