This sleeve is not attached to a shirt, so I'm fairly sure it's one of the thousands of cat toys e enjoyed by Maru and his companion Hana. (via reddit)

Maru is pretty much world famous and has no Idea. He's just fat and happy being a cat, and doing cat things. I wonder if his owner is making any money from these videos.

I'm sure she is. She also sells Maru calendars, Maru books, Maru plush toys, Maru stationery, etc etc etc.
