What's the Deal with White Chocolate?

White chocolate may strike you as an oxymoron, a contradiction in terms. Some even say that white chocolate is not chocolate at all. Well, that depends on how you define chocolate. The main ingredient in white chocolate is cocoa butter, which comes from the cocoa bean, but it has no cocoa. Find out all about white chocolate in this video from Reactions. (via Boing Boing)

I dunno Miss C; you don't like white chocolate, it's pretty
easy to turn it into dark chocolate: Just turn off the lights.

Seriously, chocolate is derived from cacao beans. Beans
are a vegetable. Sugar is derived either from Sugar Cane
or Sugar Beets. Both of these are plants which places
them in the vegetable category. Therefore, chocolate is
a vegetable. Chocolate candy bars also contain milk,
which is dairy. So candy bars are a health food.

Happy Friday!
