There are two basic kinds of doors: swinging doors and sliding doors. Latches for one kind of door will not work for the other kind. But one guy in the construction team got a deal on sliding doors, and another guy got a deal on latches. Or, more likely, the same guy made both deals and didn't care. (via Digg)
