200 Dropped Wallets

After Mark Rober lost his wallet and never got it back. The experience inspired him to try an experiment: he dropped 200 wallets in different cities to see how many were returned, and which city had the highest ratio of returned wallets. People turned out to be more much honest and helpful than he expected. (via Tastefully Offensive)

As someone who has lost one purse without it being returned, and had another one stolen, this is quite heart-warming!

I have lost a wallet and been called by the person who found it, and I have found a couple of wallets, and purses and returned them to their owners. It's the right thing to do, and makes me feel good.
