The Invasion of the Body Snatchers article left out one reference. The recent Amazon series of Philip K Dick shorts included one called 'The Father Thing', which was just like Invasion of the Body Snatchers. It turns out Philip K Dick's short story was written earlier than the Invasion story. It is amazing how many paranoid stories came out at the time. Now days it is distopian stories and movies.
