Part of our brief to the architect who designed our new house was that it should not need airconditioning. She did a great job. The house includes some of the features listed in your article. It's amazing what good design can achieve!

Oh, I am very often up that late getting work done. As far at that particular night, I don't remember. It was a long time ago!
