How Does a Film Editor Think and Feel?



We’ve examined filmmaking enough to know that editing can make or break a movie. And you can totally change a movie by re-editing the scenes to put shots in different order or length or prominence. It takes real skill to know what will work best. Tony Zhou looks at the process of film editing decisions in the latest installment of his Every Frame a Painting series.
