Wow, admitting that is admitting you were driving with carelessness,
probably the insurance company would say 'No' to paying out.

I mean, maybe, I don't really know, thats not my field of expertise.

But a bowl of cereal, with milk, admitted orally via a spoon, sort of means your hands, ALL OF THEM, are busy doing the fuelling, and not the steering ruling.

I can see the humor in the picture, but as a road cyclist (about 5,000 miles/year) and a dedicated walker (about z,ooo miles/year) I see all manner of distracted driving and walking and cycling. People die and are injured, property is damaged, traffic is stalled, insurance rates rise. Operating a motor vehicle is a serious task and distractions need to be minimal. Cycling and walking around motor vehicles should also be serious business. Start with putting the phone away. Work together to make sure everyone arrives safely.

Someone added a humorous caption about spilled cereal to a photo of an overturned car.
There's zero reason to believe the caption is true, other than it's one of literally millions of possible reasons the car in the photo could be in that position.

It really doesn't need a caption at all.
