House Calls to the Homeless

Dr. Jim Withers goes out on the streets of Pittsburgh at night to serve the medical needs of homeless people. He's been doing it for 22 years now. Other people joined him, which led to the organization of Operation Safety Net. The program became a model for similar outreach programs in other cities.
