67-year-old Photo Restored for Grandpa

Derek Withey is 87 years old, but he still surfs the 'net. His grandson, Steven Withey, found a scan of a Royal Navy photo of the sailor during World War II on the computer and asked redditors at  /r/picrequests if they could help restore it.
